Planning Minister Nick Champion has granted provisional approval to the controversial expanded development at Mount Lofty Golf Estate. The revised plan addresses ecological concerns by eliminating 17 luxury pods and preserving 144 trees. It includes an up to five-storey hotel, dining, wellness facilities, and a re-purposed heritage building, while retaining the existing 18-hole golf course with modifications. Infrastructure upgrades for access and wastewater are also mandated.
