Gisborne Golf Club is an 18-hole, par-72 layout designed by Vern Morcom. Nestled below the Macedon Ranges in Gisborne, Victoria, it features legend couch fairways and traditional links-style bunkering. Visitors will find scenic views, native trees and roaming kangaroos across the course. Practice facilities are strong, including a driving range, six-hole putting green, chipping green with a bunker, and warm-up nets. The club operates as a semi-private property, welcoming members, guests, social and corporate groups, plus green-fee players. Despite a 2024 fire that destroyed the clubhouse, construction of a new facility is underway, with a planned opening in March 2026. The golf course has had recent upgrades such as a new irrigation system to maintain excellent condition. These features make it attractive for locals, golf visitors, and those wanting a relaxed country course with good facilities.
A classic Vern Morcom layout with superb, true greens, well maintained fairways and sweeping views of the Macedon Ranges makes for a memorable country round. Friendly staff, wildlife and a solid irrigation upgrade keep the golf excellent; the clubhouse remains temporary after a火.
