Lake Karrinyup Country Club

Fully elected member (by invitation). Membership is by invitation only; membership categories currently closed. Election requires proposer, seconder and referees as per club process.

Provisional membership (male) — currently closed for gentlemen with a waiting list; temporary alternate options are North Course membership or Social membership.

Membership providing access to the North Course (9-hole short course) — offered as an alternate option when provisional category is closed.

Social membership (temporary alternate option referenced when provisional is closed) — provides clubhouse/social access; specific benefits not listed publicly.

Designed for candidates who cannot meet election criteria; acceptance subject to Female Members Committee and General Committee approval. Transitional members receive full access to clubhouse facilities but may have restrictions on reciprocal access and major events. Valid for a maximum of two years (review after six months).

Transitional North Course variant — transitional membership limited to North Course access; subject to the same approval and duration conditions as Transitional membership.

Sub-Junior program (North Course only) for younger junior players within the Junior Program; focuses on introducing children to the game, etiquette and rules. Parental supervision required for sub-juniors.

Junior membership for players working towards a Golf Australia handicap; plays on North Course as per Junior Program fixtures.

Intermediate junior category (elevation agreed by Junior Committee) — eligible to play on Main and North Course depending on elevation; focuses on developing rules understanding and GA handicap range.

Advanced Junior category (elevation agreed by Junior Committee) — eligible to play in Members' competitions and considered for pennant teams; typically requires GA handicap lower than 12 and demonstrated maturity and etiquette.

Elite Juniors: consideration given to extended playing rights for juniors attaining a handicap of 5 or under and/or part of state or school teams; elevation by committee recommendation.

Younger Member category for ages 18–20 inclusive. Junior membership ceases at 18; candidates moving from Junior membership to Younger Member who qualify receive a 50% discount on the entrance fee and exemption from the waiting list (if applicable).
