North Ryde New South Wales golf destination North Ryde Golf Club opened in 1937 on the former motorcycle speedway track at Twin Road. Incorporated as a club in 1949, this 18-hole par 69 layout plays to 5 307 metres and features tree-lined fairways, undulating Poa annua greens and water hazards on holes 5 and 12. Designed by James Wilcher, Prosper Ellis and Graham Papworth, the course challenges all levels with its narrow tee shots and strategic bunkering. On-site facilities include a club house with bar and restaurant, pro shop, cart and club hire, golf academy, driving range, practice putting and chipping greens, function rooms, locker rooms and showers.
