Wakehurst Golf Club in Seaforth (Northern Beaches) opened in 1971 and is an 18-hole semi-private course set in native bushland overlooking Manly Dam. The course features narrow, tree-lined fairways, strategic bunkering and undulating Poa greens, with a modern clubhouse offering food, beverage and function facilities plus an on-site pro shop and golf academy.
Wakehurst is a scenic bushland course with sweeping dam and coastal views, firm well tended greens and a genuinely testing layout that rewards thought and shotmaking. Clubhouse is friendly. Play can be slow and marshals sometimes blunt.
